Rydal Communications UK - Big Company Big Fraud

Big Company Big Fraud - Rydal Communications Business Mobile Services Comapny in the UK.

"Horrendous- DO NOT take Rydal Communicationss contract!" Visit Rydalcommunications.com

My friend was drawn to this company for their seemingly great value deal £49.99 for the handset and £26 per month with 02 for unlimited minutes, texts and 1Gb of data. On ordering the phone he received no information on when the phone was arriving, and annoyingly was forced into gadget insurance. The phone arrived, and on opening it I noticed that it didn't look brand new, and soon discovered the silent button was completely broken. I phoned rydalcommunications.com, and was on hold for 20 minutes until I reached the front of the queue, at which point it rang, and then cut me off. This happened again, until finally, after the third phonecall and 40 minutes on the phone, he got through to them. They were not particularly helpful or apologetic, but reluctantly agreed to an exchange. he had to take a day off work to wait for it to be collected, and again was not informed of when a replacement was arriving. A replacement came 2 days later, and he opened the packet to find a large chip in the corner of the phone, and a rotated home button. Annoyed, he went through the same process of spending the best part of an hour on the phone, and finally got through to a disinterested customer service representative. He expressed his annoyance and eventually, after refusing free accessories, managed to get them to agree to refund my $49.99 for the inconvenience, and organise another exchange. At this point he tried to cancel his gadget insurance, and was told that they could not do this for me, and gave him an email address to contact the insurance company directly. Finally, the third phone arrived, and again the home button was again rotated, but this time did not work at all- pushing it had no effect. Exasperated, he took the phone to other company, and asked them to take a look as he was starting to get suspicious that these phones were refurbished or even fake. They said immediately that there was something strange about it, and when they examined it closely and took it apart they said that they could see that there were differing serial numbers on the front and back panels, and that the phone was definitely not brand new (as Rydalcommunications.com claimed), and definitely had faults. The other company staff were great, and thankfully performed a swap exchange there and then. He is still waiting for the £49.99 refund, which is now 10 days overdue. He would have cancelled his contract, other than the fact that now that he has a working handset his dealings will only be with 02, and after he chase up my £49.99 he will never have to deal with Rydalcommunications.com again. If you are considering their Business Mobile deal UK, don't- it's just not worth it. Aside from the company's awful customer service, these are not new Business Mobiles, and He feel that He was very lucky that other company exchanged his for a new handset.

Personally i had very bad experience with them so i would not recommend you to take their services or any cheap deals. It is my sincere suggestions to you Guys.

Pathetic Business Mobile Services - Rydal Communications

Big Fraud Rydal Communications - Business Mobile Services

I took 2 phones from them a few years back. What you don't realise at the time is that the offer which for example says £25 a month actually works out at £35 a month....how?...well once you've signed all the paperwork and get your first bill you realize that your actually under contract with Orange (for example) on a £50 per month contract. The way they work out the monthly payments is £25 plus VAT on the original contract value which means you end up paying £10 VAT per month on top of the £25. All very good if you're claiming back VAT but not so rosy for smaller companies who may not be VAT registered. At no time during the process is this brought to the notice of the buyer. Then the 'ALRC' system of payments...the system is always down and they are always late in making their payments to the mobile phone provider and you have to keep chasing them up. Funny thing is you think that you're under contract with Businessmobiles but you actually sign the contract with the respective mobile service provider making you liable to make good any payments due whether those are due from you or from Business mobiles. In the end the mobile phone company will be chasing you up for payments. Not one positive comment for this company. AVOID Rydal Communications...!!! AVOID Rydal Communications...!!! AVOID Rydal Communications...!!!. I had to stick with them for 2 yrs to honor the contract but no way would I go back to them no matter what offer they gave. And no I'm not giving a bad rating to let them down in the face of competition.....the reviews by others are ample proof that the company lets itself down!!
